Discontinuance of a Portion of 105th Street
Town of Richmond, St. Croix County, WI

 November 17 – 6:00 p.m.

 A public hearing will be held on November 17 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Municipal Building, 1428 100th Street, New Richmond, WI 54017 for the purpose of considering a Town Board Resolution to discontinue a portion of 105th Street beginning directly south of the proposed Wisconsin Central Rail Spur and continuing north to St. Croix County Road A.  Following the public hearing, the Town Board will meet and may take action on discontinuing the portion of 105th Street located within the following parcel in the Town of Richmond, identified and on file with the St. Croix County Register of Deeds as document number 338966, at Volume 551, Page 433 on March 29, 1977, and as more fully described in the proposed Resolution and accompanying documents.

A public information session regarding the proposed road discontinuance will be held on November 12, 2020 at the regular Town Board meeting, scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. The public information session will also be simultaneously held by Zoom due to COVID restrictions.
